MEET THE PRESENTER
Kristina Del Vecchio is an accomplished advisor and litigator for banks, credit unions, mortgage servicers, and other financial services companies. She handles mergers and acquisitions, enforcement and regulatory matters, antitrust, vendor management and related contract negotiation, credit card, student loan, auto and mortgage/reverse mortgage lending litigation, as well as compliance with state and federal banking, credit union and consumer financial protection statutes and regulations.
In her free time, Kristina is actively involved in myriad volunteer activities, and was previously a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the state bar of California (now known as the California Lawyers Association), also previously holding the role of Chair of the Consumer Financial Services Committee (a sub-committee of the BLS) and is active in her community as a member of the Tournament of Roses and the Pasadena Jaycees.
