Protecting your organization from costly legal threats is a corner-stone of the Employment Practices for Managers & Supervisors Training Series. This targeted training is specific for managers and supervisors to explore the basic rules and regulations for effective staff management. We all know that the majority of liability for any credit union comes from the interaction between management and employees.
Effective staff management is a challenge and made even harder if you have to guess what you can legally say or do. Our dynamic four-part webinar series enables managers and supervisors to build and refine the skills needed to manage people more effectively and understand the legal consequences of their actions. Special focus has been incorporated to address the challenges presented with working during a pandemic.
Join AALRR employment attorneys as they show you how to comply with basic human resources practices and laws and help your credit union avoid situations that may lead to expensive employee issues or even lawsuits.
