Employers have a legal obligation to train their employees in order to reduce the incidences of sexual harassment thereby creating a work environment free of sexual harassment. We have developed training that shares best practices, provides advice, policies and procedures along with trainer experience to assist your credit union to minimize risk associated with harassment claims. Help your employees understand what sexual harassment and abusive conduct is, where it can happen, who it can happen to, and the possible consequences for all involved.
Be prepared if investigators ask for proof of your sexual harassment awareness and abusive conduct training! Along with the webinar connection link and handout that you will receive in advance of the program, you will receive a link to online testing, including a certificate for successfully completed tests.

MEET THE PRESENTER
Robert Wenzel is a senior partner with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo and represents a diverse clientele. Mr. Wenzel focuses his practice on employment law and defense of management involving labor and employment claims such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour. He represents clients in hundreds of employment litigation cases. He also advises clients in drafting contracts and agreements and assists in general human resources matters.
