Description
RELEASE DATE: MAY 18, 2026
ESTIMATED DURATION: 75 MINUTES
Everyone plays a role in preventing harassment and keeping our workplace respectful and safe. This practical course helps employees recognize sexual harassment and other abusive conduct, understand what to do (and what not to do) in the moment, and feel confident using the right reporting channels.
This training is delivered to meet applicable non-supervisory employee requirements—anchored in California standards and designed to be relevant for attendees joining from other states.
- Clear, plain-language definitions and examples of prohibited conduct (including behavior that may seem “minor” but creates risk)
- How to respond if you experience or witness concerning behavior: set boundaries, get help, and document key details
- Reporting options and what happens after a report is made, including confidentiality expectations and protections against retaliation
- Bystander strategies and respectful communication techniques that support an inclusive culture
- Special considerations for hybrid/remote work (chat, email, video meetings, and after-hours conduct)
Our sexual harassment prevention and abusive conduct awareness training meets federal and state compliance requirements to assist your credit union in meeting the following citations:

We are here to help the people “who help the people,” as the old credit union saying goes – to help credit unions help their members.
