How to Create Your Login
To get started, click on the word Login found on the top toolbar. Once the new screen opens up, look under the big blue Login button, and click on Register.
You will be asked to enter a lowercase username and provide your email address before clicking Next. At that point, eTrain@etrain-cu.com will immediately email you with a link to confirm your set up. That email will include your special password. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR PASSWORD FOR FUTURE ACCESS. Once logged in, you will see a new item added to that top tool bar, My Account. The My Account area will track every order you place.
What You Will Find on the Home Page
Now that you have logged in, lets cover what appears on the home page. In addition to My Account appearing on the top tool bar, you can click on Anytime Archives to see a list of archived releases, Upcoming Webinars to see a list of upcoming releases, or Power Learner Passport to purchase a subscription. When you scroll down the home page to the Topics area, you can click on a topic to see a list of both archived releases and upcoming releases in that topic category.
Under the Additional Resources area, you will find links to resources that eTrain has partnered with.
Once you have filled your cart, click on the cart icon on the top tool bar, click View cart where you see that button (near top of page) or click Checkout. Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your billing details. Please choose your credit union from the dropdown and complete any other necessary fields. At this point, the system will apply the proper pricing for your credit union. Charges will be reduced to zero, for credit unions with active Power Learner Passport subscriptions. Charges for League member credit unions without a subscription, will be reduced to $195 per webinar. However, if your credit union is a non-League member and non-subscriber, you will be charged the $395 rate per webinar. At the bottom of the page, click place order.
Receipt and Fulfillment emails
Every order placed will be emailed a receipt confirmation of order. For Anytime Archive programs, you will also receive a fulfilment email that includes the viewing link, handout link(s), and quiz link if appropriate, moments after placing your order. If you placed an order for an upcoming release, you would get the receipt confirmation email, and the fulfilment email will be sent on its release date. All emails will be sent from eTrain@etrain-cu.com.
Forwarding Fulfillment emails
If you forward any fulfillment emails to others, they too will need to login or create a login when they go to view the release. Therefore, if you wish to create a login for yourself, you can go place orders for any releases and then forward those fulfillment emails. For example: Bob orders a webinar, then forwards the fulfillment email to Mary. When Mary tries to view it, she will be required to login. This forced login, allows eTrain to provide proof of each individual who viewed a webinar as well as how long they viewed it.
